RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

STANDARD SHIPPING
Due to the item shipped in Standard Shipping, the courier do not provide return shipping, The buyer need to ship back to us using any means and return payment will be made upon receipt of goods only. We highly recommend to use a shipping class that has tracking.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
