RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

1. E-mail us regarding the return, or reply to your order confirmation e-mail
2. We will provide you the DHL return shipping Label for fast processing of the return service.
3. The return fee will be deducted from your purchase Value on time of refund into your account.

DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING

Example : Total purchased Value 300$ – 50$ (return shipping fee) = 250$ refunded to your account

STANDARD SHIPPING

Due to the item shipped in Standard Shipping, the courier do not provide return shipping, The buyer need to ship back to us using any means and return payment will be made upon receipt of goods only. We highly recommend to use a shipping class that has tracking.

PLEASE NOTE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Your refunds will be instantly deposited into your paypal account.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
